There are many ponds, rivers in belitung island.
I booked one-day car rental through streettaxi.

First, I went to "Tanjung Tinggi."
This site is the most popular for sightseeting,
since the film Laskar Pelangi was launched.
Lots of people take picture here with big stone.
Well, do fishing.
No try, No fish.
I went through jigging and plastic worms.
30 mins, gave up!!
I guess this site should be sightseeing only.
Moved to the pond near tanjung tinggi.
Target on sneakhead.

NO FISH.........
It was around 11 am and hot, a bit too late to start..

I found some river.
There were many mangroves and I could relax much.
Some family did fishing on the bridge.
I skipped this place, as I thought I shouldn't have interrupt their family time.
Lure fishing sometimes makes others uncomfortable.

It was around 3pm.
MMM,,, NO FISH....
I couldn't get any fish on the day....
Eventually, getting on the boat is the best way to enjoy fishing in belitung.
Yes, sneakhead is available in some pond, but it shouldn't be recommended for foreigners.
My fishing in belitung ended.
